We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once an order has shipped. All packages are insured for $100. A claim for damaged or missing packages will need to be placed through the shipping service to obtain a refund for your order.

PROCESSING AND TURNAROUND TIMES

For all UV DTF and DTF orders only our current processing time is 8-10 business. This does not include weekends or holidays.

For all other items in the shop, our turnaround time is 2-3 weeks (14-21 business days). This does not include weekends or holidays.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@marlathecreative.com.

MY ADDRESS IS WRONG, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact me as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, I can change your address in the system.
