Pressing Instructions:

Warm your heat press to 310-325 degrees

Preheat garment 5-10 seconds to remove moisture

Heat press the transfer for 10 seconds at 310- 325.

Peel once cooled.

Press again with teflon sheet or parchment paper covering transfer for another 5-10 seconds.
