- Pressing Instructions:

- Warm your heat press to 310-325 degrees

- Preheat garment 5-10 seconds to remove moisture

- Heat press the transfer for 10 seconds at 310-325

- Peel once cooled

- Press again with teflon sheet or parchment paper covering transfer for another 5-10 seconds.
